What's included?
Players in the Unstoppables program will begin to learn the fundamentals of improv through short and long form games and exercises. They will begin to explore character work, be introduced to the concept of game (aka following the fun), and practice scene work.

A 6-week session where players will participate in exercises and activities that focus on a different theme of improv each week, from character work to scene building to practicing the concept of "yes, and".

Following each class, parents will receive a recap email, including an overview of focus areas of the class as well and links to age-appropriate content from our Comedy Culture Archive.

Parents will be invited to stop by during the final class to observe a showcase where players will perform their favorite improv exercises from the session.

This session will be taught by Unthinkable Co-Founder, Gary Goldsmith.

Meet your coach
Gary Goldsmith
Before co-founding Unthinkable Comedy, Gary performed improv and sketch comedy across NY for over a decade with his comedy team, MARTHA. Gary received his improv training at Upright Citizens Brigade and has been teaching/coaching improv since 2018, when he founded Improv @ Work. Gary has produced dozens of comedy shows, written/co-written and performed in more sketches than he can count, and yet he gets just as much joy coaching improv as he does performing it. When Gary is not coaching improv, he is a career coach, facilitator, business professional, part of the White Plains PTA and a proud father of two youngins of his own. Gary is honored for the opportunity to get goofy with your kids, and can't wait to see them in class.
